急性阑尾炎与单纯右侧输尿管结石急诊患者初诊时相互误诊分析

目的 探讨急性阑尾炎与单纯右侧输尿管结石急诊患者初诊时相互误诊的原因。 方法 回顾性分析276例急性阑尾炎或单纯右侧输尿管结石急诊患者，找出两者间初诊时相互误诊的例数，并介绍2例典型相互误诊病例，分析其误诊的原因。 结果 两者间共相互误诊13例，其中8例确诊为急性阑尾炎急诊患者在急诊科初诊时误诊为单纯右侧输尿管结石，另外5例确诊为单纯右侧输尿管结石急诊患者在急诊科初诊时误诊为急性阑尾炎。相互误诊的原因有多种因素，大多是一种或(和)多种因素共同导致。 结论 急性阑尾炎与单纯右侧输尿管结石急诊患者初诊时易相互误诊，大多是一种或(和)多种因素导致误诊。

Misdiagnosis of emergency patients between acute appendicitis and simple right ureter stones in the first visit

Objective To observe the misdiagnosis of emergency patients between acute appendicitis and simple right ureter stones in the first visit. Methods To find out the number of cases of misdiagnosis with retrospective analysis of 276 cases of emergency patients with acute appendicitis or simple right ureter stones, to describe 2 typical cases of misdiagnosis, and to analyze the causes of misdiagnosis. Results There was 13 cases of misdiagnoses of emergency patients together between acute appendicitis and simple right ureter stones in the first visit, 8 cases of misdiagnoses for simple right ureter stones, other 5 cases of misdiagnoses for acute appendicitis. There were many kinds of factors on the misdiagnosis of emergency patients each other, and there were one kind or (and) many kinds of misdiagnosis factors together. Conclusion It was easy on misdiagnosis of emergency patients between acute appendicitis and simple right ureter stones in the first visit, there were one kind or (and) many kinds of misdiagnosis factors together.
