乳腺浸润性导管癌中Caspase-3、OPN和Ezrin蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的探讨天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)、骨桥蛋白(OPN)和埃兹蛋白(Ezrin)在乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接(SP)法检测71例术中切除的原发性乳腺IDC和33例距癌灶约5 cm处正常乳腺组织中Caspase-3、OPN和Ezrin的表达,分析3种蛋白间及其与乳腺IDC病理特征的关系。结果乳腺IDC组Caspase-3、OPN及Ezrin的阳性表达率分别为43.66%、74.65%、64.79%,正常乳腺组织对照组Caspase-3、OPN及Ezrin阳性表达率分别为75.76%、33.33%、39.39%,3指标在两组间表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在IDC组,3种蛋白的表达与乳腺IDC的淋巴结转移及肿瘤复发相关;Caspase-3、OPN及Ezrin蛋白的表达与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及原癌基因人类表皮生长因子受体2(Her-2)的表达无明显相关性;Caspase-3与OPN、Ezrin的表达呈负相关(r=-0.258、-0.313),OPN与Ezrin的表达呈正相关(r=0.29)。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌中Caspase-3、OPN、Ezrin 3种蛋白的异常表达在其发生、发展中可能起着重要的作用。
