| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经颅多普勒超声检查对颈内动脉、大脑中动脉狭窄的诊断价值。方法对120例颈内动脉系统缺血性脑血管病患者进行颈内动脉和大脑中动脉彩色多普勒超声(TCD)和头颅CT血管造影(CTA)检查,以CTA检查结果为标准,分析TCD对ICA和MCA的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果本组患者TCD对诊断ICA敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为81.8%、100%、79%。对MCA的敏感性、特异性、准确性92.7%、97.6%和87.8%。结论 TCD检查对ICA和MCA狭窄与CTA检查结果具有高度一致性,是颈内动脉、大脑中动脉病变简单、有效、安全的检查方法。
