摘    要:目的:探讨兔冲击伤的病理形态学改变。方法:用BST—I型生物激波管致伤,进行大体形态学和光镜观察。结果:肺是冲击波作用最敏感的靶器官,大体解剖主要表现为不同程度的肺出血和肺水肿;光镜观察可见肺抱出血、水肿和炎细胞浸润。颅脑大体解剖可见脑充血、脑肿胀和脑出血;光镜观察主要可见脑实质内出血;脑含水量显著增加。胃肠道主要表现为不同程度的浆膜下出血。脑动脉和冠状动脉内各有1例可见空气栓塞。结论:冲击波可引起多种内脏器官损伤,早期救治中除原发性重度肺损伤处理外,应注意颅脑损伤和空气栓塞的防治。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the pathomorphological changes of blast injury in rabbits.Methods:Anatomical observation and microscopical examination were used after the rabbits were injured by BST-I biological shock tube.Results:It has been demonstrated that lung was the most vulnerable target organ of blast wave.Different pulmonary hemorrhage and edema and cerebral congestion,swelling and hemorrhage were observed by anatomical examination.Alveolar hemorrhage and edema with inflammatory cell infiltration,cerebral parenchyma hemorrhage and increased water content in the brain were discovered under light microscope.The major change of gastrointestinal tracts was revealed to be subserosa hemorrhage.Air embolism was found in 1brain artery and l coronary artery,respectively.Conclusion:Blast wave can give rise to injury of multiple internal organs.In the early treatment of blast injury,more attention should be paid to the prevention of craniocerebral injury and air embolism besides primary severe pulmonary injury.
