垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血疗效欠佳时应用美托洛尔、善得定、洛赛克和吸氧的临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨美托洛尔、善得定、洛赛克和吸氧对垂体后叶素治疗疗效欠佳的肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血的效果。方法 选取垂体后叶素治疗疗效欠佳的肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血病人,随机分两组,治疗组使用美托洛尔、善得定、洛赛克和吸氧,对照组继续原方案治疗。结果 治疗组止血效果优于对照组,不良反应少,输血量较对照组少。结论 美托洛尔、善得定、洛赛克和吸氧对垂体后叶素治疗疗效欠佳的肝硬化并食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者疗效肯定,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective Approach the effect of Metoprolol, Sandestatin, Lesec and Inhale Oxygen therapy the hepaic cirrhosis esophageal varix disruption hemorr patients that Hypophysin treat below the mark. Methods chang the hepaic cirrhosis esophageal varix disruption hemorr patients that Hypophysin treat below the mark, divide into two groups, schemic bundle offer Metoprelol, Sandostatin, Lesec and Inhale Oxygen, therapy bundle offer origin project. Results therapy bundle is better than ischemic bundle on the heamostsis effect, and less adverse effect than it. It can reduce blood transfusion quantity. Conclusions the effect is certain about Metoprolol, Sandostatin, Lesec and Inhale Oxygen therapy the hepaic cirrhosis esophageal varix disruption hemorr patients that Hylmphysin treats below the mark. It deserves generalization and application.
