| 摘 要： | 目的：观察海藻消瘿颗粒对丙基硫氧嘧啶致大鼠甲状腺肿模型的影响。方法每日给大鼠灌服丙基硫氧嘧啶（１．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）连续造模型１０ｄ，同时灌服海灌消瘿颗粒，２１ｄ后处死，以甲状腺、垂体脏器系数和血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４含量为指标，观察药物的作用。结果海灌消瘿颗粒能明显抑制由丙基硫氧嘧啶所致的甲状腺肿大，但未见对血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４含量的影响。结论海藻消瘿颗粒具有较好的抗甲状腺肿作用，为临床应用及新药开发提供了一定的依 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Haizaoxiaoying Granule on models of goiter of rats caused by propylthiouracil.METHODS Rats were fed with propylthiouracil and models were made for 10 days. At the same time, rats were also fed with Haizaoxiaoying Granule. The rats were killed after 21 days and the effect of Haizaoxiaoying Granule was observed.RESULTS Haizaoxiaoying Granule can inhibit goiter caused by propylthiouracil, but its effect on the content of serum T 3 and T 4 was not detected.CONCLUSION Haizaoxiaoying Granule has satisfactory anti goiter effect, which has provided basis for the clinical application and development of new medicines. |
