浙江省部分地区梅毒疫情重复报告情况调查分析

目的分析浙江省部分地区梅毒疫情重复报告情况。方法采用回顾性个案调查的方法,抽取宁波、嘉兴、温州、台州和丽水5个市不同级别医疗机构为调查单位,包括8家市级医院、10家县级医院和15家乡镇卫生院,收集梅毒患者2012年8-12月既往就诊信息,与疫情网络报告信息核对,确定梅毒重报病例,分析其重报情况。结果本次调查730例梅毒感染者中,涉及重报的病例有48例,占6.58%,其中重报一次的46例,占6.30%;重报2次2例,占0.27%。梅毒重报率为6.41%。就诊时使用医疗保险患者的重报率低于未使用医疗保险者。结论梅毒疫情重复报告对梅毒防控工作有一定影响,梅毒疫情报告质量需进一步提高。

Re-reporting of syphilis in some areas in Zhejiang

Objective To analyze re-reporting of syphilis cases in some areas in Zhejiang,and provide evidence for the improvement of local syphilis reporting. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the incidence data of syphilis during August-December,2012,which were collected from 15 township health centers,10 county hospitals and8 city hospitals in Ningbo. Jiaxing,Wenzhou,Taizhou and Lishui. Compared with case data reported through network,the re-reported cases were determined. Results Among 730 syphilis cases,48 were re-reported（46 were reported for two times,2 were reported for three times）. The re-reporting rate was 6. 58%. The re-reporting rate in syphilis patients with medical insurance was lower than that in those without medical insurance. Conclusion The re-reporting of syphilis had influence on the prevention and control of syphilis,it is necessary to further improve the quality of syphilis reporting in Zhejiang.
