| 摘 要： | 在 PHA 诱导淋巴细胞产生 IL—2的不同时间用抗Sm 抗体与之反应,结果证实,在诱生前24h或诱生开始时加入抗 Sm,淋巴细胞分泌 IL—2的功能受到显著的抑制,在诱生24h 后加入抗 Sm,则不受影响。

| Abstract: | Fresh human Iymphocytes which were stimulated by PHA in various times of IL-2 induction were incubated with anti-Sm antibody.The results showed that the IL-2 secreation by lymphocyte was significantly inhibited during the incubation of lymphocytes with anti-Sm antibody before 24 hours or at the beginning of the addition of PHA,but no significant inhibition of IL-2 secreation was found when anti-Sm antibody was added after 24 hours of IL-2 induction. |
