上腔静脉X线胸片测量及测量值相关因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨提高PICC体外测量准确性的方法,以及测量值是否与性别、年龄、身高、体重等因素相关。方法收集100份成人体检资料,根据X线胸片测量上腔静脉下段中点对应肋单元数据及上腔静脉下段中点至右锁骨内端下缘的垂直段距离。应用Pearson相关分析对测量值与相关因素进行统计分析。结果前肋肋单元与研究对象的年龄、身高、体重、性别等因素无显著相关性(r=-0.198,P=0.052)、(r=0.129,P=0.201)、(r=0.017,P=0.945)、(r=-0.041,P=0.731),CD点垂直段距离与身高呈正相关(r=0.196,P=0.033),与性别呈负相关(r=-0.387,P=0.002),与年龄、体重无相关性(r=0.062,P=0.591)、(r=-0.075,P=0.523)。结论不能以性别、年龄、身高、体重等因素来预测PICC测量值,目前比较有效的提高PICC体外测量准确性的方法还是通过拍摄X线胸片进行测量。

Abstract:Objective To explore methods to improve the accuracy of PICC measurement,and to study weather the measured values associated with gender,age,height,weight and other factors or not.Methods A total of 100 copies of the adult physical examination data were collected.Rib unit data and vertical distance were measured according to the X-ray information.The rib unit data was corresponding to the midpoint of superior vena cava inferior segment.The vertical distance was from superior vena cava inferior segment midpoint to right inner end.Pearson correlation analysis was used for statistics.Results Rib unit data showed no significant correlation with age,height,weight,sex and other factors(r =-0.198,P = 0.052),(r = 0.129,P = 0.201),(r = 0.017,P = 0.945),(r =-0.041,P = 0.731).The vertical sec tion of CD distance showed positive correlation with height(r = 0.196,P = 0.033),negative correlated with gender(r =-0.387,P = 0.002),and no correlation with age,body weight(r = 0.062,P = 0.591),(r =-0.075,P = 0.523).Conclusion It is cannot predict PICC measurements according to height,weight and other factors,at present,more effective way to improve the measurement accuracy of PICC in vitro is according to X-ray information.
