肺炎患儿血清中微量元素含量的临床分析

目的探讨肺炎患儿血清中微量元素含量变化情况。方法回顾性分析2011年1月～2012年1月我院收治的25例肺炎患儿的临床资料,作为研究组,并随机选取同期在我院体检的25例健康儿童为对照组,分别对两组患儿血清中的微量元素含量进行测定。结果研究组患儿血清中微量元素含量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中重症肺炎患儿血清中微量元素含量明显低于轻度肺炎患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患儿血清中微量元素出现代谢紊乱,因此需对肺炎患儿微量元素进行检测,并根据患儿自身情况给予相应的补充,帮助患儿早日恢复健康。

The analysis of the contents of trace elements in the serum of children with pneumonia

Objective To discuss the changes of the content of trace elements in the serum of children with pneumonia.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 25 children with pneumonia in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 as the study group.And randomly selected 25 healthy children as a control group at the same period.Measured the content of trace elements in the serum of the two groups respectively.Results The content of trace elements in the serum of study group was lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The content of trace elements in the serum of children with severe pneumonia was significantly lower than that of children with mild pneumonia,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The content of trace elements in the serum of children with pneumonia was in disorder because of pneumonia.Therefore,measuring the content of trace elements in the serum of children with pneumonia is necessary.And give some supplements according to the children＇s own situation so that help children with early recovery.
