8283名战士心理测评结果分析

目的对战士的心理状况进行调查,为采取干预措施提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SymptomChecklist 90,SCL-90)对8283名战士的心理状况进行调查分析。结果战士SCL-90评分低于1999年军人常模和2006年地方常模。海军战士SCL-90评分高于空军和陆军,海军战士心理异常率较高。义务兵焦虑、恐怖分高于士官,义务兵强迫症状、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性阳性筛查率高于士官。17～18岁和30岁以上战士SCL-90评分高,1～3年和6～7岁军龄战士SCL-90评分高。结论我军战士的整体心理状况较好,但不同部别、职别、年龄、军龄的军人心理状况存在较大差异。

Investigation of Psychological Status of 8283 Soldiers

Objective To investigate psychological status of the soldiers, so as to provide evidence for appropriate interventions. Methods A total of 8283 soldiers were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Results The SCL-90 scores of the soldiers were lower than armymen norm of 1999 and Chinese norm of 2006. The SCL-90 scores of the navy soldiers were higher than those in land force and air force. The incidence of soldiers with abnormal SCL-90 scores were higher in navy. The obliged soldiers had higher scores in depression and phobia than the sergeant. The posi- tive incidences of compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, phobia and schizophrenia were higher in the obliged sol- diers than those in the sergeants. Soldiers in 17-18 years old and over 30 years old, and soldiers with 1-3 and 6-7 years of service had higher SCL-90 scores. Conclusion The general psychological status of the soldiers in the People＇s Liberation Army is good. There exists obvious difference in servicemen with different services, ranks, ages and service times.
