军事应激中部队官兵胃黏膜组织HSP70和ET-1的表达

目的检测军事应激状态下部队官兵胃黏膜组织中热休克蛋白70（heat shock protein70,HSP70）及内皮素1（endothelin1,ET-1）的表达,探讨HSP70、ET-1对军事应激状态所致胃黏膜病变的影响,为军事应激引起的胃黏膜病变提供分子生物学依据。方法内窥镜下留取某部60名官兵军事演习前后的胃黏膜组织活检标本,以免疫组化的方法检测HSP70及ET-1的表达及分布。结果 HSP70主要表达于黏膜固有层腺上皮细胞及黏膜上皮细胞的胞浆中,ET-1主要表达于黏膜固有层腺上皮细胞及血管内皮细胞的胞浆中,军事演习前后上述分子的分布一致;军事演习后HSP70及ET-1的表达明显高于军事演习前（P〈0.01）。结论HSP70和ET-1可能参与军事应激所致的官兵胃黏膜病变的发生发展。

Expression of Heat Shock Protein 70 and Endothelin 1 in Gastric Mucosa in Soldiers during Military Stress

Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein（HSP70） and endothelin 1（ET-1） in gastric mucosa of the soldiers during military stress.Methods The biopsy specimens of gastric mucosa from 60 soldiers before and after military maneuve were obtained through digestive endoscopy.The expression of HSP70 and ET-1 was detected by immunochemical staining.Results HSP70 expression was found in the cytoplasm of epithelioglandular cells in lamina propria and the cytoplasm of epithelial cells.ET-1 expression was found in the the cytoplasm of epithelioglandular cells and vascular endothelial cells in lamina propria.The expressions of HSP70 and ET-1 were significantly higher after military maneuver compared with that before military maneuve（P0.01）.Conclusion HSP70 and ET-1 might be involved in the development of the pathological changes of gastric mucosa caused by military stress in the soldiers.
