绩效管理在妇产科优质护理服务中的效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨优质护理服务应用绩效管理的效果,旨在提高护理人员工作效率及积极性,提高患者满意度。方法在作者医院妇产科护理工作中应用绩效管理制度,对比分析制度实施前后医生及患者对护理质量的满意度以及护理差错发生率。结果制度实施后,患者对护士生活照料、护理技术、热情服务、健康指导、心理护理、出院指导、功能锻炼等护理工作的满意度评分显著提高(P<0.05),医生对护理人员护理技术、护理态度、医护配合、工作责任心、解决问题能力等方面满意度评分显著提高(P<0.05)。实施前后护理人员在危重护理、基础护理、优质护理、病房管理、文件管理等护理方面的质量评分具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。制度实施后护理人员差错发生率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科优质护理工作中实施绩效管理,体现按劳分配的原则,能提高护理人员工作积极性,确保护理工作能持续、稳定开展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of performance management in high quality nurse, improve patients's atisfaction degree and the efficiency and enthusiasm of the nursing staff. Methods The performance manage- ment system was applied during the nursing in the hospital's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The satisfaction degree of the doctors and patients on the nurse quality and the incidence of nursing errors were analysed before and after the implementation of the performance management system. Results After the implementation of the performance man- agement system, the patients' satisfaction degree on the life care, nursing skills, service attitude, health guidance, psy chological care, discharge instructions, functional exercise care of the nurses was significantly improved (P〈0. 05), the doctors' satisfcation degree on the nursing skills, nursing attitude, doctor-nurse cooperation, responsibility, problem so- lution ability of the nurses was significantly improved (P〈0. 05), nursing quality on critical care, basic care, high quality care, ward management and file management was significantly improved (P〈0. 05), and the nurseing error incidence was significantly reduced (P〈0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of performance management in the high quality nurse in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology which reflects the principle of distribution according to work, can increase the enthusiasm of the nursing staff, ensure the continuous and stable nursing work.
