孟鲁司特钠对毛细支气管炎后喘息的治疗及预防作用

目的探讨口服孟鲁司特钠（白三烯受体拮抗剂）对毛细支气管炎后喘息的治疗及预防作用。方法选择我院2009年1月～2011年12月曾因毛细支气管炎住院的患儿,出院后近期内又有喘息发作,一般状况好,随机分为治疗组和对照组,除急性发作时予吸入β2受体激动剂及糖皮质激素等综合治疗,治疗组同时口服孟鲁司特钠,咳喘缓解后继续口服孟鲁司特钠,疗程3个月,观察组口服一般止咳平喘药,症状缓解后不作任何干预。观察治疗1周内临床症状的改善情况,半年内喘息的发作情况。结果剔除未坚持服药及未按时随诊者,治疗组咳喘消退时间短于对照组,治疗组半年喘息发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口服孟鲁司特钠对毛细支气管炎后的喘息有治疗及预防作用。

The effects and prevention of montelukast in treatment of post-bronchiolitis wheeze

Objective To investigate the treatment effects and prevention of montelukast in treating of post-bronchiolitis wheeze.Methods These again wheezers of leaving hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group received regular treatment as inhalation of β2 receptor agonists and cort icosteroids,the treatment group regular treatment and took montelukast 3 months.The clinical symptoms signs of change in one week,and the wheeze in next half year were observed.Results Reject no taking drug and no fllow-up infant.The significant difference of the wheeze subsided time and the incidence of next half year between two groups.Conclusion Montelukast could treat and prevent post-bronchiolitis wheeze.
