蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症31例疗效观察

目的观察蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年1月～2012年1月收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患儿62例,随机分为观察组与对照组各31例,两组均进行蓝光治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益生菌治疗,观察比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及两组患儿治疗后血清胆红素值的动态变化情况。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为93.5%,治愈率61.3%,对照组的总有效率为71.0%、治愈率38.7%,两组治疗后的总有效率、治愈率分别比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后第3天,两组新生儿的血清胆红素值均较治疗后第1天及第2天明显降低,且观察组的血清胆红素值分别较对照组明显降低,差异均存在显著性（P〈0.05）。结论蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Blue -ray combined with probiotics in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia 31 cases

Objective To observe efficacy of the Blue-ray combined probiotic treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 62 cases were selected from January 2011 to January 2012 and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 31 cases,both groups all adopted Blue-ray treatment,the observation group adopted probiotic treatment.On this basis,the addition,clinical outcomes after treatment and two groups of children,the dynamic changes of serum bilirubin were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 93.5%,the cure rate was 61.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 71.0%,the cure rate was 38.7%,the difference statistically significant（P 0.05）.After treatment after 3 days,two groups neonatal serum bilirubin values was significantly lower than the firt day and the second days after treatment,and serum bilirubin value of the observation group lowered than the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Blue-ray combined with probiotic treatment the neonatal hyperbilirubinemia efficacy,worthy of promotion.
