福美加对去势骨质疏松大鼠血脂代谢指标的影响

摘    要:目的探讨福美加(阿仑膦酸钠维生素D3)对去势骨质疏松大鼠血脂代谢指标的影响。方法18只7月龄SD雌性大鼠随机均分为对照组、模型组、福美加组。治疗8周后,收集左侧股骨和血清分别行骨矿含量(bonemineralcontent,BMC)、骨密度(bonemineraldensity,BMD)和血脂代谢指标检测。结果模型组的骨矿含量和骨密度低于对照组(P〈0.05),对照组与福美加组之间均数比较无统计学差异。模型组甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、胆固醇(cholesterol,CH)高于对照组和福美加组(P〈0.05),高密度脂蛋白(highdensitylipoprotein,HDL)低于对照组和福美加组(P〈0.05),对照组与福美加组之间均数比较无统计学差异。结论去势大鼠存在血脂代谢异常,福美加可改善血脂代谢异常状态,提高骨矿含量和骨密度。

Effect of Alendronate Vitamin D3 on Lipid Metabolism in Ovariectomized Rats with Osteoporosis

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of alendronate vitamin D3 on lipid metabolism in ovarieetomized rats with osteoporosis. Methods Eighteen female non-pregnant SD rats (7 months old) were randomly divided into control group, ovariectomized group and alendronate vitamin 133 group. After eight weeks of treatment, the left femur and serum were collected to test the bone mineral content (BMC), bone mineral density (BMD) and lipid metabolism indexes. Results Compared with control and alendronate vitamin D3 group, the BMC and BMD of ovarieetomized group were sig- nificantly decreased (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference between the control group and alendronate vitamin D3 group. Compared with control and alendronate vitamin D3 group, the level of triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CH) of ovariectomized group were significantly increased, and high density lipoprotein (HDL) level was significantly decreased (P〈0. 05). There was no significant difference between the control group and alendronate vitamin D3 group. Conclusion Lipid metabolism is abnormal in ovariectomized rat. Alendronate vitamin D3 can improve abnormal lipid metabolism sta- tus, and increase BMC and BMD.
