华南地区基层部队士兵关节痛及相关因素分析

摘    要:目的了解华南地区基层部队战士罹患关节痛的流行病学情况及相关危险因素。方法用流行病学调查分析法对广州军区某陆航旅和装甲旅900名士兵关节痛情况进行调查。结果单因素分析结果显示,华南地区基层部队士兵关节痛的可能相关危险因素是高温、高湿环境,高强度训练,油腻饮食,吸烟、饮酒。Logistic回归分析结果表明,关节痛的相关危险因素依次是高强度训练,油腻饮食,高温、高湿环境和饮酒。结论本调查说明,高强度训练,油腻饮食,高温、高湿环境和饮酒可能为华南地区基层部队士兵关节痛的主要相关危险因素,应进行针对性的综合防治措施。

Epidemiology and Associated Factors of Joint Pain of Grassroots Soldiers in South China

Abstract:Objective To investigate the epidemiology and the associated risk factors of joint pain in grassroots sol- diers in South China, Methods The situation of joint pain of 900 soldiers in the aviation brigade and the armoured brigade of Guangzhou Command was investigated by epidemiological survey. Results One-way ANOVA showed that the risk fac- tors of joint pain of grassroots soldiers in South China could be associated with high temperature and high humidity envi- ronment, high intensity training, greasy diet, smoking and drinking. Logistic regression analysis indicated that the related risk factors of joint pain were successively high intensity training, greasy food, high temperature and high humidity envi- ronment and drinking. Conclusion Joint pain of the grassroots soldiers in South China is associated with high-intensity training, greasy food, hot and humid environment and drinking. Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be accordingly carried on.
