特种训练部队官兵心理健康状况分析

目的了解特种训练部队（特训部队）官兵的心理健康状况,对其心理服务、思想教育和管理提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）对166名特种训练部队官兵进行测评。结果特训部队官兵在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性项目因子得分均低于中国军人常模和全国男性常模（P〈0.01）;特训部队官兵心理状况与学历无关（P〉0.05）。结论本组特训部队官兵除躯体化因子外,总体心理健康状况优于中国常模。

Analysis and Psychology Status of Officers and Soldiers in Certain Special Training Forces

Objective To explore the mental health status of the officers and soldiers in the special training forces,and supply scientific reference for the psychological services,education and management.Methods A total of 166 officers and soldiers in the special training forces were evaluated by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results The special trained officers and soldiers had lower scores in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychoticism than those of the Chinese military men norm and the national male norm.The educational background had no correlation with the subjects＇ mental health status.Conclusion Except the somatization,the general mental health status of the officers and soldiers in the special training forces is better than the norm.
