| 摘 要： | 目的了解心理护理干预对酒精所致精神障碍患者的影响。方法对2011年1月～2012年1月在我院住院的60例酒精所致精神障碍患者给予常规治疗护理的基础上,实施心理护理干预,并对干预前后患者对疾病的认知情况和焦虑、抑郁等情绪变化进行比较。结果心理护理干预前后患者对疾病的认知情况和焦虑、抑郁等情绪变化有很大的差异。结论心理护理干预能进一步提高患者对长期过量饮酒所造成自身健康的损害及对家庭、社会危害的认识,变被动戒酒为主动戒酒,提高了患者的戒酒率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of the psychological nursing intervention on patients with mental disorder due to use of alcohol（PMDUA）.Methods A total of 60 cases of PMDUA in our hospital from Jan.2011 to Jan.2012 were treated with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional treatment and care,and the patients ＇ cognition of the disease and the changes of mood like anxiety,depression was compared before and after the intervention.Results Psychological nursing intervention furtherly improved the patients ＇ awareness of the damage caused by long-term excessive drinking.Conclusion Their own health,the family,and the society helping the patients quit drinking actively rather than passively and improve their successful rate of drink-quitting. |
