| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对桔梗科植物石沙参根中多糖成分进行提取工艺研究和含量测定，为石沙参的深入利用和开发提供实验依据和基础资料。方法：以乙醇浓度、浸提次数、浸提时间和浸提温度为考察指标，采用正交设计法对石沙参中水溶性多糖进行提取优化实验；利用紫外检测器对石沙参中的多糖成分进行含量测定和方法学考察。结果：提取温度100℃，提取次数3次，提取时间2h，醇析浓度85％为最佳提取条件；石沙参中水溶性多糖的提取率为8．5％，多糖相对含量为89％。结论：本实验方法简便，实验结果准确，重现性好。
