| 摘 要： | 本文观察５７例老年多发性脑梗塞病人急性期血中自由基水平变化与多发梗塞性痴呆的关系，结果发现：痴呆组病人急性期血中ＬＰＯ含量明显高于非痴呆组：ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ含量低于非痴呆组；ＳＯＤ含量与非痴呆组无差别。本文揭示：多发性脑梗塞病人急性期血中自由基变化与多发梗塞性痴呆的发生有定一的关系。

| Abstract: | The relation between the free radical changes in senile multiple cerebral infarctions with acute stroke and multi-infarct dementia was studied in 57 cases. The results showed that the level of LPO tn the group of patients with dementia was significantly higherP<0.01)while the GSH-PX level much lower(P<0.05)than that of the group without dementia. The SOD level showed no difference in the two groups. It suggested that there is certain relation between the free radical changes in senile multiple cerebral infarctions with acute stroke and development of multi-infarct dementia. |
