| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颅脑损伤之并发症的分类,提供临床合理诊治方案。方法回顾性分析颅脑损伤325例在治疗过程中所有并发症,结合文献试将颅脑损伤的并发症进行初步分类。结果颅脑损伤并发症、合并病,可以归纳为：直接并发症;间接并发症;医源性并发症;伴发伤和合并病。结论分类之后的并发症具有一定的条理性,便于叙述和记忆,有利于并发症、伴发伤和合并病防治,便利医患沟通。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss classification of the complications with craniocerebral injury. Methods To review and analyse 325 patients who had some complications and try to categorize these complications.
