| 摘 要： | 目的：了解桂枝茯苓丸对子宫内膜异位症（EMS）患者血清IL-10和IL-17水平的影响。方法：选取2013～2014年晋江市内坑卫生院妇产科子宫内膜异位症患者40例，所有患者均接受桂枝茯苓丸治疗，连续治疗1个月，应用ELISA法检测治疗前后患者血清中IL-10和IL-17表达的变化。结果：与治疗前比较，桂枝茯苓丸治疗后患者血清中IL-10和IL-17的表达水平明显下降（P<0.05）。结论：桂枝茯苓丸可能通过抑制IL-10和IL-17的表达从而起到对子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用。

Influence of Guizhifulingwan on serum IL-10 and IL-17 in patients with endometriosis |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of Guizhifulingwan on the expressions of IL-10 and IL-17 in patients with endometriosis. Methods:A total of 40 endometriosis patients from 2013 to 2014 were included.All patients received treatment of Guizhifulingwan. After one month treatment, the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 were analyzed by ELISA. Results:Compared with pretreatment,the posttreatment levels of IL-10 and IL-17 were significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Guizhifulingwan can treat the endometriosis,one of the reasons may be associated with decreasing the expressions of IL-10 and IL-17 in ectopic endometrium. |
