皮损内注射平阳霉素和液氮冷冻治疗儿童甲周疣临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:观察皮损内注射平阳霉素和液氮冷冻治疗儿童甲周疣疗效。方法:将甲周疣患儿113例随机分为两组:局部注射平阳霉素组(58例)(治疗组)和液氮冷冻治疗组(55例)(对照组);两组治疗周期均为1次/2周,共1~3次。治疗后分别观察治疗效果及不良反应,同时治疗后均随访3个月。结果:治疗结束后采用3级评价方法评定,治疗组治愈52例,有效6例,治愈率为89.66%;对照组治愈31例,有效19例,无效5例,治愈率56.36%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。两组患儿均随访3个月,发现治疗组2例复发,复发率为3.85%;对照组9例复发,复发率为29.03%;两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。同时观察到治疗组部分患儿局部注射后有轻微至中等程度可耐受性疼痛,对照组有数个皮损治疗后局部起大水疱或血疱,均未影响治疗。两组未见严重不良反应。结论:局部注射平阳霉素是治疗儿童甲周疣安全有效的方法。

Clinical observation by intralesional injection of pingyangmycin in Treament of Children Patients with Periungual Verruca
Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of periungual verruca by intralesional injections of pingyangmycin. Methods:113 pediatric cases of periungual verruca were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 58 cases of periungual verruca were treated by intralesional injections of pingyangmycin and the remaining 55 cases as the control group were treated by liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. All were treated by one time every two weeks with one to three cycles Then their curative effect and side effects were observed and followed up of 3 months.Results:The curative rate of the treatment group was 89.66%.The curative rate of the control group was 56.36%.There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.01). 2 cases recurd in 52 cured cases of the treatment group. The palindromic rate was 3.85%.9cases recurd in 31 cured cases of the control group. The palindromic rate was 29.03%.There was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). All cases were no ststistlc adverse events.Conclusion:Intralesional injections of pingyangmycin to treat periungual verruca are effectively and safely.
