摘    要:目的 体外培养并鉴定神经干细胞,为相关实验研究奠定基础。方法 分离SD大鼠胎鼠的间脑,加入神经生长因子EGF和bFGF在神经干细胞条件培养基中克隆培养。用免疫细胞化学方法鉴定分离的神经干细胞。结果 分离培养的细胞具有不断增殖的能力,表达神经巢蛋白(nestin),并能经过诱导分化为神经元和神经胶质细胞。结论 成功建立了神经干细胞的分离培养方法,可用于进一步的实验研究。

Abstract:Objective To cultivate and identify the neural stem cells in vitro for futher related research. Methods Tissues of diencephalon were isolated from a SD rat embryo, then the neural stem cells were cultivated in special culture medium containing bFGF and EGF. The cells were identified by immunocytochemistry. Rusults The cultivated cells have the ability to proliferate continuously . They expressed nestin protein and were differentiated into neurons and glial cells by inducement. Conclusion The method of isolation and cultivation were successfully established and can be used for further research.
