| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四肢骨折合并颅脑损伤患者的救治方法和疗效.方法:分析152例四肢骨折合并颅脑损伤患者,在不同时机进行四肢骨折固定手术的效果及并发症.结果:术后2周后,患者痛苦指数、术后四肢关节功能恢复和骨折愈合较2周前有显著性差异.结论:对四肢骨折合并颅脑损伤患者早期、积极地进行四肢骨折手术固定,能显著提高骨折愈合率,减少四肢致畸率,对患者的康复有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate treatment method and curative effects of the extremities fracture with brain injury patients.Methods:Analyzing 152 cases of patients with limb fracture complicated with traumatic brain injury,comparing the curative effects and complications of different timing after limbs fracture fixation operation.Results: After 2 weeks of operation,patient pain index,postoperative joint function recovery and fracture healing were in better conditions than 2 weeks ago,there were significant differences.Conclusion: Early and active limbs fracture fixation operation can significantly improve the rate of fracture healing,reduce the limb abnormality rate,and promote the rehabilitation of patients. |
