| 摘 要： | 目的观察米力农治疗婴幼儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法对49例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组25例在常规治疗基础上加用米力农，对照组24例在常规治疗基础上加用地高辛。结果米力农组（治疗组）在临床症状和体征明显好转时间均明显短于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），米力农组未见明显不良反应。结论米力农治疗婴幼儿肺炎合并心力衰竭是有效和安全的，疗效优于地高辛。

Clinical effect of Milrinone in treating children pneumonia and congestive heart failure |

| Abstract: | Objective To obseve the clinical effect of Milrinone in treating children pneumonia and congestive heart failure. Methods Forty nine cases with children pneumonia and congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group（ n = 25） and the control group （n = 24） The treatment group was treated with routine method and Milrinone, the control group was treated with routine method and Digicor. Results The advantage duration of the cilinical manifestation and physical sign were shorter in the treatment group than that in the control group. The difference was significant（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. No obvious adverse reaction of the treatment group was observed. Conclusions Milrinone in treating children pneumonia and congestive heart failure was effective and safe, also it is more effective than Digicor |
