球帽型附着体与冠外附着体的联合临床应用

目的：在牙根上放置本院研制的球帽型附着体，烤瓷冠上放置冠外附着体，利用上述混合固位体增强覆盖义齿的固位力。方法：将球帽型附着体的球形底座安放于牙根之上，球帽安放在覆盖义齿的基托中，将冠外附着体的阳性结构安放于烤瓷冠上，阴性结构则安放于义齿上，利用球帽与球形底座上球头之间的摩擦以及阳性结构和阴性结构之间的制锁作用产生固位力。结果：临床应用22例覆盖义齿患者，义齿的固位力和稳定性能明显提高。结论：球帽型附着体与冠外附着体的联合设计形式具有临床实用价值。

Combined clinical appliance of stud type attachments and extracoronal attachments

Objective: Placing stud type attachments on the natural root and extracoronal attachments on the ceramic crown in order to get retention for overdentures. Methods: The ball was placed on the root cap coping and the socket on the base of overdentures,the male part of extracoronal attachments on the ceramic crown and the female part of extracoronal attachments on the dentures, so that we could get the retention for making use of the friction between the ball and the socket, and the lock between male part and female part. Results: The retention and stability of the dentures had great improvement, using clinical appliance of stud type attachments in twenty-two patients with overdentures. Conclusions: Combined design of stud type attachments and extracoronal attachments had practically value in clinical appliance.
