| 摘 要： | 目的 研究分析即将赴SARS一线医务人员的心理卫生状况。方法 首先对 4 4 9例即将赴SARS一线的医务人员进行心理干预 ,接着采用精神症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 )对他们进行测评及分析。结果 医务人员除恐怖因子分大于国内常模外(P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余因子分均小于常模 (P <0 .0 1)。SCL - 90因子分在男女间、医生护士间及各医院间无明显差异。医务人员心理问题检出率为 4 .5 %。结论 即将赴SARS一线医务人员存在明显恐惧心理 ,需要心理干预 ,恰当的干预是有效的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate mental health status of hospital staff entering SARS wards. Method A total of 449 hospital staffs were evaluated with SCL-90 after they were given a intervention in psychology. Results The phobic anxiety was higher (P <0.05) and other items were lower(P <0.01) in hospital staffs compared with Chinese norm. There were no significant difference between male and female, physician, nurse and hospitals. Of them 4.5% had at least one item score over 3. Conclusion The hospital staff entering SARS wards have significant phobic anxiety and need psychological intervention. Proper intervention is effective. |
