紫外线B照射对小鼠免疫功能影响的研究

摘    要:目的 探讨紫外线B(UVB)照射对小鼠免疫功能的抑制效应和程度。方法 UVB照射后小鼠脾细胞对丝裂原反应,混合淋巴细胞培养,溶血空斑形成细胞及脾细胞的白细胞介素-2(IL-2)产生等非特异免疫功能指标的测定。结果 发现UVB照射小鼠可抑制小鼠脾细胞对ConA、LPS刺激的反应。在20kJ/m^2时,分别为36.6%和41.0%。对异型淋巴细胞混合培养的反应也是有明显抑制效应(抑制率为41.0%),并在约两周恢复正常,对溶血空斑形成细胞(PFC)及脾细胞IL-2的产生亦呈抑制效应(抑制率分别为35.5%和75.0%)。结论 UVB照射小鼠可使其机体免疫功能下降。

Abstract:Objective The present study was conducted to determine whether or not the nonspecific immunological function was down regulated and to what content induced by UVB irradiation iv vivo.Methods After irradiated mice spleen cells were prepared to assay the reaction to Con A, LPS, MLC, IL - 2 production and plaque forming cell (PFC ). Results It was found that when treated mice with UVB light at does of 20kJ/m2 the spleen cells (SC) response to ConA and IPS activation was inhibited, the inhibition rates were 36.6% and 41% respectively, and returned to normal in about two weeks.The plaque forming cell (PFC) was reduced to 35.5% in contract to that of the normal mice. The ability of IL - 2 production and secretion by SC from UVB trated mice was cut down to 25 % of the normal mice. And also the SC showed lower reactivity to allogenic SC in MLC test (41% of that of normal) .Conclusion All these results demonstred that UVB induced down regulation of nonspecific immune function of mice.
