| 摘 要： | 将两种不同形状的羟基磷灰石人工骨植入家兔颅骨缺损区，于术后第２、４，１２周进行组织学观察。结果表明：不规则型羟基磷灰石人工骨植入后出现较多的异物巨细胞，而且持续时间较长。两种羟基磷灰石人工骨植入后都有活跃的骨组织生长，未见明显的骨组织生长障碍。

| Abstract: | Two different shapes of Hydroxyapatite particles were implanted in therabbit cranial defects. When harvested at 2, 4 and 12 weeks after operation, the results showthat there are more multi-nuclei foreign body giant cells in the irregular HA group than thatin the cylindrical HA group, and the cells last longer time. But there is no difference in bonegrowth in the two groups. |
