摘    要:In order to establish a simple and accurate method for the determination ofangiocardiographic ejection fraction (EFa),the end-diastole,end-systole,the first third andthe first half of the ejection phase on cineventriculograms of the right anterior oblique 30°(RAO 30°) in 42 subjects were analyzed.We found that the percentage of total axisshortening (T%~Δa) and EFa were in positive correlation.Their linear regression equationis EFa=0.1712+1.3303T%~Δa (r=0.880) and the quadratic equation is EFa=0.0396+2.4874T%~Δa 1.9787 (T%~Δa)~2 (r~2=0.981).The EF obtained in another 10 subjects by the linearand quadratic regression equations and area-length method are 0.469±0.176,0.464±0.208and 0.482±0.208,respectively.(P>0.05).It is our opinion that the regression method issimple and the results are positively correlated with the area-length method.It can be usedas a new method for calculating EFa.
