| 摘 要： | 术后靶血管管腔再狭窄是冠状动脉介入治疗术的主要并发症,如何有效预防再狭窄已成为目前介入心脏医学界的主要课题之一.着重介绍了血管内超声(IVUS)及药物支架在有效防止ISR发生方面的作用特点及当前进展.
