2001～2003年高唐县居民死亡情况调查

[目的]了解高唐县居民死亡率及死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]2004年10月,对高唐县居民2001-2003年死亡原因进行调查。[结果]2001-2003年全县累积调查1 127 540人,死亡7 194人,死亡率为638.03/10万。居民死亡率（/10万）,男性为745.16,女性为530.89;0岁组为2101.47,1-4岁组为40.78,5-9岁组为26.43,以后随着年龄的增大死亡率上升。前3位死亡原因全部居民是心脏疾病、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤,男性为心脏疾病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病,女性为心脏疾病、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤。[结论]心脏疾病、脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤是高唐县居民的重要死因。

Investigations on Causes of Death from 2001 to 2003 in Gaotang County

[Objective]To investigate the mortality and the cause of death in Gaotang county in order to provide scientific basis for the development of public health and making out the policy[Methods]Investigation on the cause of death from 2002 to 2003 was carried out in October 2004. [Results]Among 1 127 540 people investigated from 2001 to 2003,7 194 people died,death rate was 638. 03/10^5. The death rate in male and female was 745.16/10^5 and 530. 89/10^5 respectively. 0 age group was 2 101.47/10^5 ,1-4 age group was 40. 78/10^5 ,5-9 group was 26.43/10^5 respectively. The death rate increased along with the increase of the age. Heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and malignant tumor were the first three main cause of death. For male there were Heart disease,malignant tumor and cerebrovascular diseases, for female there were heart disease,cerebrovascular disease and malignant tumor. [Conclusion]Heart disease, cerebrovascular disease and malignant tumor were the main cause of death in Gaotang county.
