严重多发伤早期急救护理

目的探讨严重多发伤早期的急救与护理，及采用积极的护理措施是否可提高治愈率，降低死亡率。方法回顾性分析2007年9月-2008年3月期间收治的93例严重多发伤的临床资料。结果全组抢救脱险75例，死亡18例，病死率为19．35％。结论强化急救意识，准确判断伤情，对严重多发伤患者进行争分夺秒的抢救与细心护理至关重要，可明显提高治愈率。

Early Emergent Treatment and Nursing of Severe Multiple Trauma

[ Objective ] To explore the emergent treatment and nursing of severe multiple trauma, and whether nursing measures can increase the cure rate and reduce the mortality of severe multiple trauma. [ Methods] A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 93 cases of severe multiple injury patients from September 2007 to March 2008. [ Results] 75 cases were successfully rescued and 18 case were dead, fatality rate was 19.35%. [ Conclusion] It is very important to strengthen Emergent treatment sense, judge traumatic conditions correctly, rescue the patients without delay and apply the nursing care carefully for improving cure rate.
