高原环境上肢止血带耐受性观察分析

摘    要:目的:为探讨高原环境对肢体耐受止血能力的影响。方法:在高原环境下,对17例志愿者的前臂和上臂分别置止血带, 观察其耐受性。结果:(1)高原环境下肢体对止血珲缺血耐受能力明显降低,耐受止血带平均较上臂明显缩短。结论:在高原环境下,应严格控制止血带时限和压务,密切观察全身系统和肢体局部变化,防止止血带并发症发生。

Abstract:To observe the general tolerance effects of tourniquet on upper limb under high altitude environment.Method:17 healthy volunteers received an uppeer extremity tourniquet tweak at altitude of 3 654m and the BP, heart rate and general express were observed before performance and each 5 minutes progress.Results:The upper limb tolerance was obviously decreased compared with that in sea level and there is a great difference between arm and forearm. The forearm tolerance was better than the arm.Conclusion:The complication would be greatly attented when the tourniquet is used at high altitude.
