摘    要:目的:利用近红外漫反射光谱(NIRS)结合TQ软件快速测定银黄颗粒中绿原酸含量。方法:采集不同厂家银黄颗粒样品的近红外漫反射光谱,采用HPLC法测定其绿原酸含量,结合TQ软件建立绿原酸定量校正模型,进而对待测样品进行分析。结果:所建绿原酸定量校正模型的相关系数(R2)、校正均方差(RMSEC)和内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.995,0.123和0.412;经外部验证,模型的预测相关系数(r2)和预测均方差(RMSEP)分别为0.984,0.166。结论:该模型适用于不同厂家银黄颗粒中绿原酸含量的直接测定,操作简便,无污染,结果准确可靠,可实现大批量样品的快速分析。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granulesn by near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) combined with TQ software. Method: The near-infrared spectra and HPLC values of the chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules from different pharmaceutical factories were collected,and the quantitative calibration model was established with the TQ software.And then,the prediction samples were anylized by the model. Result: The correlation coefficients(R2) , the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) of the quantitative calibration model for chlorogenic acid were 0.995 ,0.123 and 0.412 respectively;the correlation coefficients of prediction(r2)and the root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP) were 0.984 and 0.166. Conclusion: The medel was applied for the directed determination of chlorogenic acid in Yinhuang granules.The method is simple,non-polluted and accurate ,and could be applied for the fast determination of Yinhuang granules quantities.
