| 摘 要： | 目的研究内皮素-1（ET-1）在大鼠试验性退变椎间盘中的表达及其意义。方法建立雄性SD大鼠腰椎间盘退变模型为试验组,正常SD大鼠为对照组,每组各25只,采用免疫组织化学法检测2组椎间盘组织中ET-1的表达。结果试验组和对照组的椎间盘组织均有ET-1表达,试验组的ET-1表达较对照组显著增高（P〈0.05）。结论 ET-1在腰椎间盘退变的发生和发展中起着非常重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and significance of Endothelin-1 in experimental lumbar degeneration intervertebral disc.Methods To develop SD rats lumbar degeneration intervertebral disc model by operation as experimental group and the normal SD rats as control group.Every group had 18 rats.The expression of Endothelin-1 was investigated with immumohistochemistry analysis.Result The test group and the control group of intervertebral disc tissue expressed ET-1,ET-1 expression in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endothelin-1 played an important role in the course of intervertebral disc degeneration. |
