高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病临床研究

目的研究高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的疗效。方法将30例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各15例,对照组予以高压氧、胞二磷胆碱、舒血宁、糖皮质激素等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉30 mg,每日2次,静脉点滴,2组疗程均为1个月。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组总有效率为53.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论高压氧联合依达拉奉治疗急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病疗效显著。

Clinical research of delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon-monoxide poisoning by combining hyperbaric oxygen with Edaravone

Objective To study the effect of the treatment for delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon-monoxide poisoning by combining hyperbaric oxygen with Edaravone.Methods Randomize the 30 cases into two groups——control group and treatment group.The control group of 15 cases was treated with hyperbaric oxygen,citicoline,Shuxuening and glucocorticoid etc.and the treatment group of the other 15 cases was treated with the same as for the control group additionally with Edaravone 30mg injected with intravenous drips twice a day.The course of the two groups was one month.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%,the total effective rate in control group was 53.3%,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment for delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon-monoxide poisoning by combining hyperbaric oxygen with Edaravone had a significant curative effect.
