荜香药酒检验方法的研究

摘    要:本文对荜香药酒中徐长卿、丁香、大黄等味药进行了薄层鉴别,并用薄层光密度法对药酒中荜茇的主成分胡椒碱进行了含量测定。本法可靠、灵敏、重现性好,回收率为100.9%,相对标准偏差为2.5%。

Abstract:This paper reports the TLC methods for paniculate swallowort, clove and rhubarb in Bi Xiang medicinal wine and determination of piperine in long popper and its prepartions Bi Xiang medicinal wine by mean of TLC-densitometric method. The results showed that this method was more sensitive, accurate and specific. The recoveries of piperine was 100. 9% with RSD at 0. 5% (n=6).
