| 摘 要： | 本文报道了用大白鼠血钙法测定降钙素生物效价的方法。选定适当的大鼠血钙测定方法，测定了大白鼠的正常血钙值。探讨了不同给药途径及各种实验条件、剂量和反应的关系等。测定了４批降钙素注射液的喷鼻剂的生物效价。

| Abstract: | This study describes a method for the bioassay of Calcitonin by estimating the blood calcium levels in Rats. The normal blood calcium value of rats is determined by an available method. The different route of adminstration, experiment condition and dose-response relationship are discussed. There is an insignificant difference between potency restimated by subcutaneous and intravenous injections based on 3 calcitonin preparations of different types. |
