1985例脑外伤患者的流行病学调查分析

目的探讨1985例脑外伤患者的流行病学特点,总结致伤规律和预防对策。方法回顾性分析我院2004-05~2006-10间120急救中心接诊的脑外伤记录和我科收治的脑外伤患者1985例。结果车祸伤为1050例,坠落伤350例,打击伤280例,摔伤196例,其他109例。损伤程度:轻型795例,中型686例,重型504例。504例重型脑外伤中死亡128例,主要为车祸伤和坠落伤。结论车祸伤是造成脑外伤的主要原因,且损伤程度重。提高安全意识,遵守交通规则,防止酒后驾驶;加强寒暑假期间儿童的监护及安全教育及对建筑工人和高空作业人员的安全监管是防止脑外伤的主要措施。

The epidemiology investigation analysis on 1985 cases of the brain injuries

Objective To explore epidemiology characteristics on 1985 cases of the brain injuries, summarize injury rule and prevent countermeasure. Methods Retrospectively statistical analysis was carried on 1985 cases of the brain injuries with detailed data admitted in our hospital 120 emergency center and our department from May 2004 to October 2006.Results The accident injuries 1050 cases,fall injuries 350 cases, strike injuries 280 cases, stumble injuries 196 cases, the other injuries 109 cases.The injury degree: light injuries 795 cases, middle injuries 686 cases, serious injuries 504 cases. The death patients were 128 cases in the serious brain injuries. It mainly was accident injuries and fall injuries. The children brain injuries remarkably increased in the winter vacation and the summer vacation. Conclusion The accident injury is the main cause of brain injury, and injury degree is serious. To raise safety consciousness, observe traffic rule, prevent drive after drink. Strengthen children keep watch and safety education,safety management on the building workers and high altitude work personnel.These are main measures .
