非洛地平对高血压左心室肥厚的影响

目的 探讨非洛地平对原发性高血压左心室肥厚的影响.方法 将60例伴有左心室肥厚的高血压病人随即分成2组,非洛地平组30例,用非洛地平2.5～5mg,苯那普利组30例,用苯那普利10～20mg,均1次/d,晨服,疗程24周,观察用药前后血压、左心室重量指数(LVMI)等指标变化.结果 2组病人治疗后血压、室间隔及左室后壁厚度、左室重量指数等指标均较用药前显著下降(P＜0.01),而2组间比较无明显差别.结论 长效钙离子拮抗剂非洛地平可减轻高血压病人左心室肥厚,疗效与血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂相同,且显著降低血压,不良反应小.

Effect of Feiodopine on left ventricular hypertyoph in patients with primary hypertension

Objective To study the effect of felodopine on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)in primary hypertension patients. Methods 60 cases of primary hypertension patients with LVH were randomly divided into the felodopine group(n=30,using felodopine 2.5~5mg/d) and the benazepril group(n=30,using benazepril 10~20mg/d),the drugs were taken in the morning and for 24weeks.Changes of sitting blood pressure,the left ventricular mass index(LVMI)were observed at baseline and post treatment.Results After the drug administration,blood pressure,ventricular septum thickness,left ventricular posterior wall thickness and LVMI of the two group patients were reduced significantly(P<0.01),while the difference in the two groups was not significant. Conclusion The long term effect of calcium channel blocker felodopine can reduce LVH of patients with hypertension.The curative effect is seem with angiotensin converting enzyme inhibition.It can also reduce blood pressure,and the side effect is little.
