神经生长因子的促智作用分析

目的神经生长因子(NGF)注射液是从人体胎盘直接提取的以神经生长因子(NGF)为重要成分的天然制品。本文主要分析NGF注射液的促智作用。方法采用小鼠跳台法,对正常小鼠及不同原因所致记忆障碍的小鼠记忆能力进行检测。结果NGF注射液能增强正常小鼠的学习和记忆能力,且对东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和乙醇分别引起的小鼠记忆获得、巩固及再现障碍有不同程度的改善作用。结论NGF注射液对正常和记忆障碍的病理模型小鼠都有明显的促智作用,有可能成为一种新型的促智药物用于临床。

Study of nerve growth factor on intelligence increase

Objective Nerve growth factor (NGF) was a natural product that was extracted from human placenta. This paper mainly studied the effect of NGF on intelligence increase. Methods Adopting step-down test of mice, the memory ability of normal mice and the mice with impairment of memory by different reasons were investigated. Results The result indicated that NGF injection could obviously improve the learning memory abilities of normal mice, but also could achieve improvement in memory acquisition at certain degree. It had memory consolidation and memory retrieval in mice induced by scopolamine, NaNO2 and alcohol. Conclusion NGF injection has an obvious effect of intelligence increase on mice, it may become a new type of clinic medicine for increasing intelligence.
