摘    要:调制波携带了比普通正弦波更多的信息,其对于神经元放电的结果也随之发生变化.本实验在建立神经元动态仿真模型的基础上探讨正弦波及调制以后的波刺激对神经元放电的影响.实验结果表明,相对于单一的刺激形式,调制波刺激能激发更为复杂的膜电位变化,其重要原因是调制波诱导了Ca2+浓度变化,从而导致膜电位更易发生放电.

Abstract:Modulated wave carries more information than the sine wave,and their results for the neuron are different.In this study,dynamic simulation model of neuron was set up and modulation sine wave stimulation was inserted.The results showed that compared with a single stimulus,the membrane potential was more complicated.The important reason is that the Ca2+ concentration was induced by the modulation wave,resulting in that membrane potential are more likely to discharge.
