| 摘 要： | 目的：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗骨盆骨折合并骨盆周围皮下和筋膜大面积剥脱（Morel-lavalle损伤）的疗效。方法：对6例Morel-lavalle损伤所造成的大面积皮肤撕脱创面仔细清创后，采用MEBO外涂及MEBO纱条治疗。结果：撕脱皮肤大部分成活良好，创面修复快，肢体功能恢复好，未见骨折感染。结论：MEBO治疗Morel—lavalle损伤的皮肤创面疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curative effect of MEBO on treating morel - lavaUe lesion combined with pelvic fracture. Method： Wounds of extensive skin evulsio resulted from morel - lavaUe lesion in 6 cases were carefully debrided, and then treated with applying MEBO topically and MEBO gauze strip. Results： Most of avulsed skin survived well, wounds were repaired quickly, and limbs＇ functions restored excellently, and no fracture infection was observed. Conclusion： The curative effect of MEBO on treating skin wounds of morel - lavaUe was satisfactory. |
