血管内皮生长因子及受体在肝癌组织中的表达及其与转移和复发的关系

目的 :研究血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及其受体 (fit 4 )与肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)转移和复发的关系。方法 :对 5 0例肝癌组织进行免疫组化染色 ,观察VEGF、VEGF c及fit 4在肝癌组织中的表达。结果 :VEGF、VEGF c及其fit 4在肝细胞肝癌中均呈高表达 ,分别为 74 %、6 2 %、4 4% ,与肝硬化及正常肝组织表达相比差异有显著统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;VEGF(或VEGF c)、fit 4的表达强度和表达率与肝癌的转移和门静脉癌栓形成率呈正相关 ,与患者的生存率呈负相关 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :VEGF、VEGF c、fit 4在肝癌血管生成、癌细胞转移和复发中起重要作用。

Expression of angiogenic factors and its receptors in hepatocellular carcinoma and their relations with intrahepatic metastasis and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression of the angiogenic factors-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),vascular endothelial growth factor c (VEGF c), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 4 (fit 4)in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and the relationship between their expression and intrahepatic metastasis and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods:With the immunohistochemical staining, specimens(tissue sections) from 50 patients with HCC were studied to observe the expressions of VEGF, VEGF c and fit 4 in hepatocellular carcinoma .Results:The expression rates of VEGF , VEGF c and fit 4 in HCC tissues were 74%,62% and 44% ,respectively,much higher than in the cirrhotic and normal liver tissues (P<0.01). The expression rates of VEGF , VEGF c and fit 4 were positively correlated with intrahepatic metastasis, recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma and portal tumor thrombus (PVTT) and negatively correlated with the survival rates (P<0.05). Conclusion:The results of the study show that VEGF , VEGF c and fit 4 may play an important role in the process of formation of vascularity , metastasis and recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
