脑血管病后睡眠障碍探讨

目的：探讨脑血管病后睡眠障碍的临床表现及与病变部位的关系。方法：随机选取139例脑血管病后睡眠障碍的患者,全部行阿森斯失眠量表检查评分,并进行整夜多导睡眠图监测（PSG）分析。结果：脑血管病后睡眠障碍典型的临床表现形式主要有：失眠、过度睡眠、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（SAS）。左侧半球脑血管病后睡眠障碍发病率高于右侧半球;前半球脑血管病后睡眠障碍发病率高于后半球;皮层下脑血管病后睡眠障碍发病率明显高于皮层脑血管病。结论：脑血管病后睡眠障碍的发生与患者的脑血管疾病类型及发生脑血管病的部位密切相关。

To Observe Sleeping Disturbance of Cerebral Vasculal Disease

Objective：To investigate the correlation between clinical manifestation of sleeping disturbance of Cerebral vascular disease （CVD）and diseased region. Methods： 139 cases of sleeping disturbance of CVD all were selected at random, were scored by Athens Insomnia Scale （AIS） and monitored by polysomnography （PSG）. Results： The main typical clinical manifestation of sleeping disturbance of CVD： insomnia, sonmia, Sleep apnea syndrome （SAS）. Left hemisphere exceeds Right hemisphere in inception rate of sleeping disturbance of CVD; ante hemisphere exceeds aboral hemisphere in inception rate of sleeping disturbance of CVD; cortex exceeds subcortex in inception rate of sleeping disturbance of CVD. Conclusion： Intimate correlation in development of sleeping disturbance of CVD on category of sleeping disturbance of CVD and diseased region of sleeping disturbance of CVD.
