重症肌无力的P300研究

摘    要:进一步探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者中枢神经系统(CNS)受累的可能性。方法用增加一组干扰刺激的听觉Oddbal序列,分别对30例患者和30名正常人进行了P300检测。结果MG的P3潜伏期虽属正常,但在治疗有效组复查有明显缩短(P=0.0270);P3峰-基线波幅地形图有失对称表现,治疗后有所恢复;在儿童组则峰-峰及峰-基线波幅均显著降低(P=0.0095和P=0.0330),治疗后无改变。P3改变与性别、病情及病程无关。结论上述结果再次提示MG可能有CNS受累

P 300 studies on myasthenia gravis
Abstract:Objective In order to further study the possibility of CNS involvement of myasthenia gravis(MG). Methed The authors examined P 300 in 30 MG patients and 30 normal controls using auditory oddball paradigm with additional interference stimulation. Results Although the peak latencies of P 3 were within the normal range but shortened significantly in the recovery group ( P =0.0270). The P 3 Peak to baseline amplitude topography showed an asymmetrical manifestation and restored after treatment. In children, both the peak to peak and peak to baseline amplitudes were lowered ( P = 0.0095 and P =0.0330 respectively) and persisted unchanged after treatment. The changes of P 300 were unrelated with the sex of the patients and the severity and duration of illness. Conclusions The authors were of the opinion that the results once again suggested the possible existence of CNS involvement of MG.
