摘    要:[目的]探讨视屏显示终端(VDT)对操作者视觉系统的影响,以及取防护措施,保护操作者健康。[方法]采用流行病学调查及裂隙灯显微镜对眼晶状状体检查方法,对平均工龄4.97a的225名VDT操作者视觉系统检查。[结果]视物模糊,眼痛,视疲劳,视力低下,晶体混浊检出率分别为21.8%,32.0%,30.2%,41.3%,4.9%。与对照组比较其差异均有非常显著性(P<0.01)。[结论]VDT作业目前最突出的问题之一是对操作者视觉系统的影响,其影响主要为视力下降及晶状混浊。因此,提出了相应的防护对策。

Abstract:[Purpose] To discuss the effect of visual display terminal (VDT) on operators' visual system in order to take protection measures to keep the operators healthy. [Method]Through epidemiological investigation and crystalline lens examination methods by slim - lamp microscope, we carry out an examination on the visual system of 225 VDT operators whose average working time as operators is 4.97Y. [ Result ] Ratios of those who feel eyes vague , ache, fatigued when watching , eyesight poor and crystalline lens stained are 21.8 % ,32.0%, 30.2% ,41.3% ,4.9% .Respectively all of them are significantly higher than those of contrastive group, (p < 0.01) . [Conclusion]One of the most outstanding problems is the negative effect of VDT on operators' visual system: eyesight gets poorer and crystalline lens becomes stained. Consequently, we put forward some corresponding protection methods.
